A 3D Body Painting to be held at SM City Cabanatuan on September 2, 2017 1:00PM to 5:00PM. A joint project of Samahang Makasining (Artist Club), Inc. and Rotary Club and being hosted by NEUST Artist Club.

This program was created to highlight and to give the spotlight to Artists of Nueva Ecija wherein they can showcase their talents. For all the participants and audiences, this will promote arts, preserve our historical and cultural values, and encourage young people to engage in productive activities and to help develop their creative self-expression, inclination to arts and camaraderie among their peer. It also ignite their feelings

Official Contest Guidelines

1. The competition is open to all talented people in Nueva Ecija

2. Every team must consist of 2-3 participants, the artist may work solo with their model or one artist, one assistant and one model ONLY.

3. The model may be Male or Female but the costume:

For male
a. Only cycling short must be wear during the competition.
b. Any color can be used for cycling and make sure it is relevant to the theme.
c. Tournament supervisor can ask the competitor to remove the accessories if they may cause danger.
d. Accessories must be attached properly.
For female
a. Only tube for the top cover and cycling short must be wear during the competition.
b. Any color can be used for tube and cycling and make sure it is relevant to the theme.
c. Tournament supervisor can ask the competitor to remove the accessories if they may cause danger.
d. Accessories must be attached properly.

4. An identification card will be given to each team by the organizer before the contest.

5. The official contest theme will be announced during the program opening ceremony.

6. The artists is allowed within four and one-half (4.5) hours to create their best work. The artists are allowed to bring their own mediums.

7. The artist working area will officially open after the opening ceremony; artists will find their assigned work space, organized by ID numbers. After four and one-half hours the organizer will ring a bell and all the artists will cease their work.

8. After the allotted time, the artist will perform a short presentation of their work before the judges (under 2 minutes), where the artist may explain their work in English or Tagalog. If the artist prefers, they may submit their concept to the Jury, translated into written English or Tagalog (three sentences or more), for the jury to read.

9. All artists and models will assemble backstage, to line up for stage presentation. Stage presentation gives each model one (1) minute to showcase the work on the catwalk. The artist, assistant and model's name, as well as a short description of the work (3 sentences) may be read or featured, in addition to the artist's music selection. The artist must submit a copy of their music selection one hour before the presentation of the models or the organizer will play random music for it.

10. The model is free to walk, turn, pose or move to show the work to best advantage. Additionally, the board of judges may ask to view the work more closely or ask any other questions to clarify the intention of the work.

11. Entry to the judging area follows in ascending order of the assigned Artist Identification Numbers.

12. All artists should move directly to the Photo Area after judging, to give the photographers and videographers a chance to capture the official photos all of the art creation.

14. Applications will be held until the closing date. Closing date may be extended at the organizer's

15. Artists will be informed of their confirmation on or before September 1.

16. In registration at the competition you must a non-refundable registration fee of Php. 100.00 per person will apply to all participating artists this registers the artist for competition events.

17. The Php. 200.00 per group registrations fee include your painting materials(only 5 colors can we provide each group consisting of Blue, Red, Yellow, White and Black and 3 brushes; rigger, filbert and flat paint brush), meal and certificate of the participants.

18. Your painting materials and the meal stab will be provided after the registration on the event date.

19. Any violation of the above mentioned rules will result to disqualification of the contestant.

20. There will be here winners in the contest first, second and third decision of the board of judges is final, certain and undispuable.

21. winners will receive plaque of recognition and cash prize.
